I done Diploma Mech.Engg.i shuld get near by 60-65% Thinking for direct 2nd year engg admission which is good college in Mumbai and Pune ?

Im studying in Diploma in Mech. Engg. I just give my last semsester exam i have down one year (this one) Im thinking to get admission in direct 2nd year Engg. admission. I can get near by 60 to 65% . Which colleg should i choose in mumbai and pune unversity ? Im thinking of Mumbai more. help.
