A PhD in Management will be better for you, In case you are inconvenient with PhD, you may top up your qualification with additional PG Diplomas in the desired field in Management. Remember, the highest number of professional qualifications attained by a single person as per Limca book of Records is

If u r bsc it do mscit. If bca do mca. If bsc pure sc or computer go with ur likings & need.
