    Shakshi you have not specified the state/ place you are from. Almost all the state universities are very good. These days many private universities too are offering good education to students.
    Still I can help you better only when I know about your native place so please specify that.

    You can opt for JOINT ADMISSION TEST TO M.Sc. ; You will get call letters as per merit, the prospectus will also contain list of all universities of high reputation.
