I done my MBA in HR as major and marketing as minor. I'm thinking about ICWA. Will it help me in upgrading my CV and get a better job?

Your qualification shows that you are not interested in finance/accounts, now why do you want to study the same? Calculate yourself better, for what field you fit in either marketing or HR.

The most important thing that fits for a job is professional education, you crossed that. Now, whatever you finally want is "job experience." Register yourself on Naukri.com. Follow Wednesday's Times and Hindu papers along with local newspapers (if Hyderabad, DC especially) if your interest is more
