I dont have 10+12 but i have complated B.com from YCMOU. Am i eligible for CS? If not, what can i do to make myself eligible.

your have to pass out 12th class for CS , and without 12th class or any 3 year diploma after 10th you cannot do any graduation degree

The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. You can look for class X and XII through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), which is recognised by the Central Government and is equivallent to any other board of education.
