i dont have any work experience..is it possible to get admission for MBA in kaplan??

Hi Sabita, if the Unviersity asks for work ex for a certain course then they will not take freshers as the course are designed in that fashion. It becomes difficult for a fresher to follow a course meant for experienced professionals.
Being a fresher you can try for MBA in MDIS or EASB.
