You will be considered as matured student. However you can take up a foundation programme and then do masters will be better. It is very difficult for you to cope up with the course. Also you require minimum of 6.5 band IELTS score. -

Yes, if you have completed 25 years of age and if you have work experience then you can. However if you are thinking to get job on the basis of this at UK, you should drop the idea. In India, when you will be back, people will of course ask your basic degree.
