You can speak any time just start speaking small sentences without caring for mistakes.Dont worry about others while speaking.

Hi Jyoti,
If you are very much keen in learning English, then you should start reading good books, novels etc in English and try and grasp new words that you come across. Rest practicing English verbally and written as well will surely help you.

Whatever sentence you have posted in this forum, it shows that your English is far better than average our Indian fellow
You can do following thing:
1. Everyday watch DD News in the morning, it comes first in English for 10 minutes and then same Comes in Hindi so it will help you to buil

hey dont worry , you can join english speaking classes namely VETA, or else you can learn from RAPID english course, its easy .... most imp keep talking in english wit ur friends and see some english news channels
