i dont no how to speek in english then how to go abroad for study

It is just a fear that makes you say that i cant speak.. Once when you start practicing you can improve your command over English language much better. Hi Reema, As you have type this question in english so i believe you can surely speak english however you need to be confident you can read english journals, newspapers etc..watch english news, serials, movies etc. to improve your english also try to speak in english with friends , colleagues etc..

you need to know english to go abroad,join an an spoken english coaching class. it wont take much time for you as you can read and write english.
