i dont wamt to do B.E after diploma but iwant to do CCNA&MCSE,it is neccesary to do B.E for get best post in mnc after CCNA&MCSE

Pursuing BE after Diploma would be a nice idea since the nature of Job your are targeting normally requires engineering , I would suggest you can Pursue CCNA , RHCE and above certifications alongside your Engineering .
