I dropped out B.Tech IT a few years ago, I don't have a degree. Is distance learning the right path to get a degree and a decent job?

I'm planning for BCA and trying for a job. I dropped out because of social anxiety problems and other stress related situation. Now, I have manage to get back. I have knowledge of IT languages & also have done DIT from NIIT. I have decent knowledge of some languages like C# $ Java. What should I do?
