I dropped out of my college but didn't get my 12th class TC. Is 12th class TC necessary or can I submit my college TC to the new college?

Class 12th TC is only needed to get admission to the UG course. If you have already completed the college, it can be assumed that you have completed the UG course. So, if you are considering pursuing a PG course, your college TC will work. You only require your mark sheet from class 12th, no use
