I enrolled for M.Com in 2015 but was unable to give my exams. I submitted projects in the first year after this. What should I do?

After the 1st year, whether you pass/attempt first year examinations or not, you are eligible to seek admission to 2nd year M.Com by submitting the Course Registration Form as per the schedule notified by the university. Normally, the university sends the Course Registration Form in the month of January, which is to be submitted to the university on or before 31st March along with a fee of Rs. 4000. However, the form will be accepted up to 30th April with a late fee of Rs. 200, up to 31st May with Rs. 500 late fee and up to 20th June with Rs. 1000 late fee. So from you may contact to IGNOU regional center and ask about your query. Because you can complete your M.Com course with in the five years of your enrollment.
