I fail class 12th in bihar board and get 23 marks in JEE main so I giving again exam of 12th in 2016. I'm eligble JEE-Mains in 2016 and If I pass 12th 2016 and didn't get good JEE-mains I think I can get 50 marks or less. Then which college available for me i'm good at computer like repairing.

See, if you clear those exams then you can easily appear for the paper but before that appearing for the paper is of no use.
