    First, you should clarify what type of computer course, but if you fail in 12th I don't think you will get admission in the college.

Admissions are made through CAP counselling on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2. Eligibility: Candidate must have completed 10+2 with science stream/ Vocational /Technical form a recognized board are eligible. Candidate having 10th with 2 years ITI in a relevant specialization are eligible for the lateral entry. Regards.
