i failed 2nd year engineering , want to take admission for 2nd year engineering in different engineering college of same university

i dont like the college failed in 2nd year of engineering in hms college in tumkur want to join different engineering college for 2nd year of same VTU university please let me know can i get admission in other college for 2nd year on my 1st year engineering marks and if yes what is the procedure ?
