I failed in 12 th Hsc exam. My stream was Science and I was private candidate. Now I want to give 12th hsc exam from Arts stream so can I?

Yes you can. You have to fill the form again and then in it you can change your stream. But it is very difficult in any stream to give +2 exams, without understanding the basic concepts of +1, whether it is Science or commerce or even Humanities.
