Definitely, a Diploma in engineering can be joined after failure in 12 th standard. The principal criterion to entry in Diploma in Engineering course is typically 10th (Matriculation) not a 12 th pass. If you are not able to pass 12th this does not bar your taking admission in a Diploma course. Norm
