I failed in 12th Science twice and took Diploma in CS. now what i want to know is, can i do both simultaneously ?

I don't want my 3 years in Science go in vain. I heard it's not possible but can i appear next year for supplementary exams? So if i pass i can directly take admission in B.E. through Management quota, It will take 6 years to achieve a B.E if i go with diploma. If i go with 12th it will save time.
