I failed in 3 subjects of my class 12th (science). Can I get admission in engineering colleges?
-
No, you can't get admission in engineering colleges or any other streams. You have to clear 12th standard and that too with good percentage. For engineering, aggregate of PCM should be above 50% in Maharashtra in other states it may be 60% or 65% or 70%. You have to give re-exam for those 3 subjects you have failed. You can also choose other fields other than engineering to your career. If you still want to do engineering it's ok. Study hard, stay positive. Don't get depressed. Take Failure as Challenge.

First requirement of every college for your admission is that passing in 12th board with at least 45% so on that basis you will be allotted college and branch or you will get the average rated college because every institute decide it's minimum aggregate for admission. I advice you to first complete your 12th board by giving one more year with dedication and then apply for engineering to:
IITs,
AIEEE,
GEETAMS,
EAMCET,
K-CET, etc.
Surely you will have then a good future in your hands. -
You need to clear them and score more than 75% in HSC.
-
You must have passed in all the subjects and have an aggregate of minimum of 50 to 60% in PCM.

No, you are not eligible for admission to any college for B.Tech.

Sorry but no! You can't go for engineering course on the basis of 12th. But you can go for Diploma course first on the basis of 10th. After Diploma, you can continue with a degree course.
