I failed in B.Com exams but I want to be a corporate trainer. What should I do?

Hi, Firstly, yes, of course you can become a corporate trainer. However, I suggest you to complete the B.Com course as it helps to give you a graduation degree on your resume and equips you with proven skill sets too. Any day a graduation degree is a great plus. Next, for becoming a corporate trainer, you can choose to do a professional certification that entitles you for conducting training. One example is ICBI. There are plenty of opportunities thereafter. You can also in the mean time look for training opportunities where rigorous previous experience is not a must but your personality and demonstration skills as trainer will surely be checked. It gives you valuable experience. You could try for Colleges, Schools and even corporate opportunities. Going forward, on job sites like Naukri for instance there is call out for corporate trainers with a contract period mentioned. For couple of months that is. You get to work with leading MNCs with trained material and guidance and certification too. This can be taken forward even further. For initial experience and foundation as a trainer, refer to courses on Udemy, EDX, Coursera, Futurelearn kind of websites. Various training and soft skills courses are available. On YouTube too you will have live demo sessions that you can learn and apply.
