I failed in four subjects ,going to appeared for 12th october can i proceed for 13th at the same yearm without waisting the year.

Your question unfortunately is not quite clear to me Omkar. The fact is that unless you clear all your subjects of one class you cannot proceed to the next. Some provisonal admission can be given but you need to clear all your papers before you appear for the exam of the next class.
