I failed in inter 1st-year (supply), can I continue the 2nd year?

Hi, I don't think the college/institute will allow you to continue with the 2nd year unless you clear your 1st year. Yet, I would advise you to check with the concerned authorities of your institute. They will be able to guide you better in this regard.
