I failed in intermediate (2nd year-Hyderabad), but I want to study degree in Bangalore, is it possible?

I believe that you failed in your 12th equivalent at Hyderabad and now wants to continue your degree at Bangalore. That is not possible. You should have a valid confirmation document stating that you have cleared your qualifying exam at the time of admission.
