I failed in intermediate exams (MPC), what should I do?

I wanted to do aeronautical engineering but I failed. Should I wait for a year and write supplementary exams or should I do any other courses? I don't want to waste my 1 year.

    As you are telling I failed in intermediate exam so there is no course for study if you failed in class 12th exam so you may go through examination next year so to pass the exam and get good college.
