    Hi Rajib, The eligibility criteria of NEET is 50% marks in Aggregate of Physics Chemistry and Biology. There is no minimum marks of optional subject is required but you should have passed your optional subjects in 10+2. So To be eligible for NEET exam you have to pass the 10+2 exam overall including Maths.
