I failed in Maths in 12th and cleared the subject with 62% as a reappear. Will it be an issue during my MBA placement?

Not at all, 12th marks are only to fulfil the eligibilty criteria. Once you get admission in MBA then what matters is your performance throughout the course to get the good placement. For getting good placements you have to score well in academics and you have to gain some practical skills.
