I failed in maths in ISC but ISC gave me a pass certificate overall because I had 5 subjects in total. Now, can I get admission in MIT?

You can take admission in college, if they don't consider math as an important for course you want. If any course demands, passing marks in math then you can't apply for that or else you can apply. You have get your pass certificate, so off course you can apply but take care of math. I would advise you to remove your fail status from math by giving improvement next year.
