I failed in one of my subjects in 10th but passed all the subjects in 12th. Can I get admission in IHM?

Hi,
Following is the eligibility criteria for the same:
- Candidates should have cleared 12th examination from any state or national board of education.
- Candidates must have cleared English as a core subject under 10+2 education pattern in the qualifying examination
