i failed in second year in B.Com (general) and now want to sit for third year pls suggest sone institute from where i can complete privately

Hi, There is no way out in this situation. Even if you want to do it through correspondenceor open university, you have to clear your second year. Another option which you may try and which may yeild some results; talk to few of the open Universities & check if they will give you direct admission

u can apply in ur institute to sit in exam as a private student.
