I failed in SY B.Com, can I do TY B.Com externally while doing SY B.Com?
I am doing my B.Com from Pune University.

Hi Aishwarya,
Sorry to say, but, you need to clear Second Year B.Com first. You cannot get two degrees simultaneously. Best of luck.
