i failed in TybscIT exam of mumbai university in 2 subject in 6th sem for the 4th time..will i get 5th attempt for those subjects

Only the university can guide you with the right information, so it is advisable that you contact them for immediate help.
I would advice you to work harder this time in order to come out with flying colors.
