I failed the 1st and 2nd semester of DU due to short attendance. Can I attend the 3rd semester?
It depends on the college as it is a college specific rule so basically in DU you have to pass atleast 50% total credits in previous year to get promoted in to next year but if failed to do so then you have to repeat the year without promoting to next year.
