Yes, you will still be eligible for NEET UG even if you fail Mathematics. Because the eligibility of NEET UG is an aggregate of PCB, and the passing status of the English subject is considered. So, if you have Mathematics and Biology both then Mathematics must be an additional subject otherwise fail
