I filled in ccb counselling and m getting mechanical in gurukul kangri haridwar. Should I take admission there?

I m asking this because its the 2nd batch of mech there. Will I get placement there or should I try some college in west bengal as they take admission through AIEEE rank. I've got 71715 rank in AIEEE.

You will get placement based on your persoal scores, skills and knowledge (and not that of college). So you may opt for a college near your town and within your financial feasibility.
