dear arvind.just find out your interest area ,than and only than you can decide the right path for yourself.there are big NGO,s in india as well paying like anything to MSW candiadates

We would prefer you to take MBA Programme in Banking and Finance, HR or International Business as your specialization for your best career.

its good if you go for MBA,as there are many career opportunities,and coming to MSW its really a good course,but hard to get through.
