i finished mbbs from china,now doing intern,passed mci exam last year.How to do pg in medicine?difficult exams and money is my problem,

please give me a relatively easy exam,or less money way,i love to study pg in abroad.but it should be valid in india,cant go through more screening exams..please help me to find a way for my future.
