i finished MCA in 2001, i want to do phd in Dr.M.G.R university .but this is deemed university ,after phd in M.G.R ,how i get gov.job?

You can pursue Ph.D. from any university, it will not have any bearing for government job. Only thing which you should see that it is UGC approved university.
