i finished my 12..interested in doing mass comm..is it possible to gt a bachelors in mass comm and then do pg in public relations and adv?

Dr.Katti has given the right answer. Just choose a good university like Symbiosis or Nitte or Manipal or Jamia. But dont pay more than Rs.2 lakh for the course.
