What is the degree that I will get after graduate certificate program?

In which branch did you complete your BE? It is difficult to get admission for MS. If you get it, you don't have to give a second thought about PG.

MS if you are eligible and meet the stringent entry requirements of Canadian Universities. Hope this helps.
