i finished my be eee passed out in the yr 2010 i still have 5 arrears.i also have graduate diploma in fashion.can i do any ug in 1 yr time?

i have 5 arrears in engineering, would like to get a ug degree though? is it possible to join any lateral entry 3rd year for bbm immediately? as i want to do mba after this!
