I finished my Diploma in mechanical engineering in 1993. Can I pursue BE/B.Tech from a recognized university now?

You are advised to evaluate B.Tech engineering technology offered by BITS - Pilani offered by distance learning. It is seven semester degree course for which you are eligible. You can look at following link for details of program: http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/university/wilp/AdmissionNotification.
