I finished my MBA in HR & marketing in July 2016 but couldn't get a proper HR job. What should I do?

I just got a job in a consultancy as an HR. What can I do to get a job as an HR in Canada or Australia?

Just work there and learn various things related to HR. Gain some experience and then apply for core HR jobs in MNCs. If you work for atleast 1 year in a consultancy, after that you will get better options. After gaining some experience then you can give IELTS exam to get job in Canada or US. First
