Hello Nikhitha,
No issue if you have forgotten your application number as there is always one backup plan.
Just check the confirmation mail you have got from the university at the time of registration or payment.
The second option is that reset your password and click forgot application no, your email address will be asked from there you could reset your password and know your application number.
