I forgot to fill some choices in JOSSA 2016. Can I re-fill the choices at any cost?

No, you cannot refill the choices after locking them.

Choice filling is not permitted once you have freezed your choices, still you can contact the JEE office and discuss your case , Contact - http://jeemain.nic.in/WebInfo/Public/View.aspx?page=78
