  • No, to participate in the TS ECET counselling choice filling proceess, it is necessary for the candidates to submit and verify their certificates at the Help Line Centres (HLCs). Without the verification, the candidates will not be able to participate in the counselling process. If the candidate has failed to verify their documents, then they can participate in the next round. The candidates are advised to register for the counselling and immediately book their verification slots to participate in the admission process.
