I forgot to isue my bsc migration certificate. now i have to go for counseling. is there any way if i can convice the counselor for admision

Done bsc biology in 2012 distance frm EIILMU Sikkim. bt i forgot to issue any certificate at the tym of recieving marksheet for final year. now i have to go for counseling for MA economics admission in DDU Gorakhpur uni. EIILM is sayng tht issuing migration cert. will take 2-3 months wht do i do now
