I forgot to pay NEET counselling security fee for round 1. Can I still apply for round 2 now?

Unreserved candidates who missed the NEET counselling security fee payment for round 1 must pay the fee of INR 10,000 while reserved candidates must pay INR 5,000 to participate in round 2. The round 1 registration does not apply to round 2 so you must register a second time during round 2 counselli
