I gave 3 attempts of CS executive but failed in all of them. What should I do now?
My family is forcing me to appear for one more attempt but I want to do MBA now.

Move forward with your interests and keep yourself motivated. If you are interested in doing MBA, then go for it. -
Hi Anisha,
The attempts don't count in the long run. If at all you are interested then keep yourself motivated and go ahead for further attempting the exams.
If not, discus the same with your family, let them know about your interest, and then go ahead with whatever you like.
If you want to go for MBA too, you need to study a bit harder so that you get into high-end colleges for a better future prospect.

Along with CS, a candidates can pursue M.Com/LLB as well and keep their career options open in related fields. Since, you have not been able to clear CS in 3 attempts, it is important to explore your interest areas. You should now try to pursue a course/career in the area of your interest and move on in life.
