I gave a fresh exam of B.Ed in July 2015 and I got a reappear in paper no. 714. Now, I want to give the exams. Do I have a chance to give?

Sorry. Now, it will not be possible to give the reappear paper.
However, I would suggest you to get in touch with the institute from where you have done your B.Ed if they give you a chance to reappear.
